Bacon-wrapped hamburger steak 
Half pound of meat grilled and served with macaroni salad and western beans



Chicken-fried steak

  Seasoned breaded and fried to perfection, served with mashed potatoes, country gravy & green beans with bacon and onion



Meatloaf
Ground beef, seasonings and a few other ingredients are shaped into a loaf then baked. It is served with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and corn



Indian Tacos

Fry bread, topped with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, diced  onions and tomatoes, salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream.





Greek Chicken
 Boneless skinless chicken breasts in a cream sauce with olives, onions, capers, and tomatoes; served with wild rice and a vegetable blend of carrots, cauliflower & broccoli




Stuffed chicken

 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts stuffed with zucchini, onion and Italian cheese blend, topped with Alfredo sauce served with penne pasta and carrots




Pork scaloppine

 Pork tenderloin braised in a cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes topped with the scaloppine cream gravy, corn.





Smothered burritos
 Spanish rice, refried beans




Swedish meatballs

 Huge meatballs made with ground beef, ground pork , ground turkey and spices, in a cream sauce, served with egg noodles and a vegetable blend of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli







Beef tips

 Tender chunks of beef, slow-cooked in a wonderful sauce then served over egg noodles with corn






Chicken Etouffe
 A mildly spicy and delicious Cajun stew made with chicken, vegetables and a dark roux
served over rice




Chicken parmesan

 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts breaded in Parmesan cheese, browned, topped with marinara sauce and shards of Parmesan cheese.  Served with a pasta and a blend of cauliflower, carrots and broccoli





Kielbasa with  pasta

 Kielbasa is fried with strips of bell peppers, onions and chopped tomatoes, then served over pasta.  It is served with a tossed salad.
